- Weekly Training: We offer weekly training sessions for probationary members in Semester 1 and formal members in Semester 2, covering topics such as the financial industry, technical skills, and soft skills. In addition, we regularly host case competition workshops, career talks, and other professional development activities.
- Formal Member Selection: Approximately 50 formal members will be selected at the end of Semester 1 based on their performance in the training and final case. Following one semester of training, we expect these members to demonstrate significant improvement in their analytical abilities and overall competencies.
