All UG students from HKU Business School for the academic year 2025-26

Programme Fee
HK$23,000 *
[* HKU Business School will provide a subsidy of HK$12,000 to each participating student, subject to obtaining a passing grade in the course. The subsidy will be applied toward the tour expenses listed below. Any remaining balance (after deducting the tour expenses from the programme fee and subsidy) will be refunded to the participating students upon successful completion and obtaining a passing grade.]
Items to be covered by the Programme include:
- Accommodation
- Most of the meals in Barcelona
- Ground transportation for visits and activities as arranged in the Programme
- Mini Courses
- Compnay Visits
- Cultural Tour & Activities
Items to be self-arranged by students:
- Round-trip Flight Ticket (Hong Kong - Barcelona)
- Optional Travel insurance (All HKU students will be covered by basic overseas travel insurance as arranged by the University. Nonetheless, participants are strongly recommended to make additional travel insurance arrangement according to individual needs.)
- Visa application fee (if you need a visa to travel to Spain)
- Entertainment expenses
