BE82/713	Application for Exemption from CAES1000 Core University English (Only for students admitted to the School in 2024-25 through the non-JUPAS/International Admissions or Mainland Admissions Scheme) Deadline: August 5, 2024 (Monday) 23:59 (HKT) Note: For freshmen who have received and/or accepted their admission offer on or after July 30, 2024, the Faculty Office will inform them of the application details by email separately. For freshmen admitted through JUPAS or SNDAS who have achieved Level 5 or above in English Language in the 2024 HKDSE, exemption from CAES1000 Core University English (CUE) requirement will be granted automatically and an application for exemption is NOT required. CUE is optional for exempted students and those who choose not to take CUE must take an elective course in lieu.
