Who we are

The Eureka Consulting Group (ECG) is a student-led society providing pro-bono consulting services founded in 2014.

Our mission

To help social enterprises, non-profit organisations, and SMEs refocus, restructure, and reinvigorate. To support our consultants in receiving hands-on experience, taking on real responsibilities, and learning new skills.

Our vision

We aim to be an impactful student-led consulting society, educating students about the consulting profession while training their business acumen. We also aim to build a network of consultants, alumni, and professionals, providing a community for students to kickstart careers.

What we do

We solve real-life business problems! We have worked with non-profits, social enterprises, start-ups, and even corporates to help with their most pressing challenges. 

A broad range of projects

Past projects have involved complex issues that include raising capital, marketing, branding strategy, product and service design, performance improvement, legal research, and information technology. 

An extensive set of industries

We have worked across a variety of industries, including engineering, robotics, food and beverage, software, luxury, fintech, finance, and socioeconomic development.

Who we look for

We look for candidates with excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, ability to articulate their thoughts with clarity, and willingness to learn and collaborate. 

No prior experience is necessary, and we recruit from all cultural, academic, and professional backgrounds. 

Key qualities:

• Ability to solve ambiguous and complex problems with clear and structured thinking
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication; language proficiencies besides English are valued
• Leadership skills: ability to organize, motivate and guide others
• Willingness to learn (or familiarity with) consulting, business, finance, legal, and management concepts
• Ability to work and effectively collaborate with others

Application Process

1. Application submissions will be accepted on rolling-basis. Final deadline is set at 23:59 on January 31^st, 2025.

2. After a review of applications, selected candidates will be called for a face-to-face group interview. Arrangements may be made for candidates not available for face-to-face interviews (case-by-case basis).

Interviews are expected to be held from February 8^th to 16^th, 2025

3. Candidates may also be invited to a personal interview.
