Dear Consultants-to-be,
Greetings from ShARE X HKU! If you are passionate about consulting and share the vision of Do Well Do Good, you are a perfect fit for our Leadership Programme! We guarantee that it is going to be a fruitful journey.
Who we are
ShARE X HKU is a young and vibrant student-run leadership and management consulting chapter that specializes in advising clients ranging from MNCs to start-ups in Hong Kong and beyond on their key business issues. We are affiliated to ShARE (http://share-share.org/), which is an innovative company at the crossroad of education and consulting with the mission to turn students into Do Well Do Good Leaders and helps corporates to serve both the shareholders and the society.
What you can gain from our Leadership Program
1. Our Comprehensive framework as the bedrock of your profession
Established in 2018, we aim to provide you with first-hand business consulting experience by applying consulting knowledge learned through our comprehensive and regular training programs on consulting framework and technical skills.
2. Expand International Network
ShARE is present in more than 100 universities across the world, you are given opportunities to forge bonds with students from different chapters while broadening your horizons. You will have a chance to work with students from different countries on a Do Well Do Good case.
3. Make Impacts with your corporate skills
With us, you will be trained to be a featured and insightful consultant and get access to real consulting projects with external companies to create synergies for our clients (and bring in a revenue stream). We were engaged in various projects including, but are not limited to:
- Strategical Local Implementation of Jewelry Vending Machines and Cloud Counters for a conglomerate
- Worked with Joule Foundation, a decentralised blockchain start-up in Hong Kong, to advise on their Value Proposition Strategies
We do NOT need you to have:
Business-related major | We welcome promising students of all disciplines to join us.
Previous Consulting Experience | We welcome students to start with us from scratch and eventually emerge as a trained consultant.
But we are looking for:
Open-minded | Willing to learn new concepts and exchange ideas with peers around the world
Committed | Participate actively in activities and training programme organized by ShARE
Team Player | Ready to work closely and seamlessly with your teammates
Motivated | Interested in consulting or solving problem
