L’Oréal Global Annual Business Competition, BRANDSTORM 2022 is now open for registration.


About the Competition

BRANDSTORM is a global annual innovative game for university students from any discipline to join to tackle a real business challenge. The mission of BRANDSTORM 2022 is “Disrupt Beauty 2030!”. Participating teams, consist of 3 members, shall choose one of the below tracks and then come up with an unconventional solution to pitch to the L’Oréal experts.


1) Inclusion: Imagine breakaway products & services to empower inclusive beauty

2) Green: Invent the next dimension of sustainable beauty

3) Tech: Revolutionize beauty personalization & experience fueled by tech


Shortlisted teams can enjoy coaching from L’Oréal’s colleagues and fast track application to L’Oréal’s Internship or Management Trainee in Hong Kong. The global winning teams will get an Intrapreneurship experience in L’Oréal Global Headquarter in Paris and make their ideas come true.
