ACCA Hong Kong Business Competition 2023

ACCA Hong Kong is inviting students to join the ACCA Hong Kong Business Competition 2023.

The Competition aims to provide an opportunity for students to explore their capabilities and develop a visionary proposal that includes conducting feasibility studies, developing business plans, establishing brand positioning, conducting market research on social needs, and devising implementation strategies, as well as developing sensible budget plan to optimise the financial return and sustainability of the new initiatives/ project areas. The theme of this year is “Be you. Be part of Future Unicorn”. Students will act as business consultants for one of the three real-life start-ups from Cyberport that focus on sustainability and building a better future.

In addition to gaining valuable internship opportunities, shortlisted teams will have a chance to win attractive prizes and trophies, as well as fast-track path to pitch for a HK$100,000 grant from the Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF), supporting the start-up in expanding its operations while bringing student’s ideas to life.

Competition Timeline:

Interested students should form into teams of 3 to 4members, and the team leader should submit the online application formby 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023.

Each team shall consist of 3 to 4 students from the same university.
