USC Marshall International Case Competition 2018, as organized by Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, will be held in Los Angeles, United States from February 21 – 24, 2018.

This world class competition highlights the strategic challenges and managerial dilemmas faced by global business leaders. Competing teams from premier business schools work under pressure to solve a real business problem, using simulated business conditions such as time-critical deadlines and incomplete information, to formulate workable, action-oriented recommendations.

Sponsorship from Faculty
Cost of flight tickets and accommodation will be sponsored by the Faculty. For other expenses such as visa application fees (if any), local transportation, meals and entertainment activities which are not included in the official schedule of the competition, students need to bear the costs themselves.

Eligibility

  • FBE UG students who will NOT be on exchange in Semester 2 of 2017 - 18
  • Good command of English

Remarks:
Please bear in mind that participating in this case competition entails a significant commitment of time. Students will have to attend training sessions as arranged by the Faculty Advisor. Moreover, since this competition is held during regular semester period, participating students will need to apply for Leave of Absence. Please only apply if you are willing and able to make this commitment.
