The 10th Hong Kong University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is calling for applications.

 

About the Competition

The Competition is organised by Hong Kong New Generation Cultural Association, and co-organised by Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation with the support from Innovation and Technology Commission.

 

The top winners will have the chance to represent HKSAR in national competitions, including the China International College Students' "Internet + " Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the “Challenge Cup” China College Students Entrepreneurship Competition, the “Challenge Cup” National College Students’ Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Contest, etc. Winners will also receive certificates and cash prizes of up to HK$50,000.

 

Application

Interested students could apply individually or as a team with no restrictions on the number of members*. Please select categories between Innovation and Entrepreneurship and submit the online application at https://www.hkchallengeplus.com/application-info/first-step-apply/by Sunday, March 31, 2024 (23:59 HKT).

 

* Members could be from different institutions, but the institution of the team leader will represent the whole team when taking part in the Regional/National Competitions.

Disclaimer:

1. Please note that student participants of this Competition will be responsible for their own safety while outside Hong Kong (for winners who will participate in the “Challenge Cup” National College Students’ Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Contest, the China International College Students' "Internet + " Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and/or the “Challenge Cup” China College Students Entrepreneurship Competition in Mainland China) and should arrange sufficient insurance coverage for the trip to Mainland China. Students shall bear the consequences of their decisions for the trip to Mainland China.

 

2. Student participants must pay all expenses related to the trip. Our School will not be responsible for any expenses incurred in this competition plus the trip to Mainland China (if applicable).

 

3. The data collected through the online application is solely administered by the organiser. The School shall not be held liable in the case that disputes, loss or any other situations arise.
