HSBC/HKU Business Case Competition 2017

FBE UG students are cordially invited to take part in the HSBC/HKU Business Case Competition 2017 as organized by the Asia Case Research Center (ACRC) of HKU. The Hong Kong round of this competition will be held on 5 June 2017 at HKU campus. Winning teams will proceed to the Asia Pacific round which will be arranged from 6 – 9 June 2017 at HKU campus and HSBC Main Building in Central.

For the past nine years, ACRC has organized the only undergraduate business case competition that brings together all Hong Kong universities as well as top universities from Asia. Undergraduate students compete against each other in teams of four in business strategy and presentation. The competition is judged by senior members of the business community with international experience, giving them exposure to some of Asia’s brightest talent.

Application Method
Interested students please apply here. Applicants are required to upload your most updated CV before submitting the online application.

The CV should include your full name, contact details, education history, extra-curricular activities, community services, awards, scholarships, working experience, proof of English Language Proficiency and any other information considered useful for the application (if applicable).  Selection interviews will be arranged for the shortlisted candidates in April. Students who cannot attend the interview will be deemed as voluntary withdrawal from their applications.

Remarks:
Please bear in mind that participating in this case competition entails a significant commitment of time. Students will have to attend training sessions as arranged by the Faculty Advisor before the competition. Students should also make yourself available in the week of 5 June 17.
