HKFYG Leadership Institute is now inviting applications for their Seek Our Ways Social Innovation Programme.
The programme aims to stimulate participant’s creativity and foster innovative ideas to address various social issues, paving the way for a more sustainable future.

[Message from HKFYG Leadership Institute]
The future of society is yours to explore! Supported by Hang Seng Bank and organised by the HKFYG Leadership Institute, ‘Seek Our Ways’ is a social innovation programme that takes you on a journey to explore three major social themes: ‘Environment and Sustainable Development’, ‘Promoting Sports for All’ and ‘Elderly and Wellness’. From speaking with leaders from different sectors, to visiting social enterprises and start-ups to learn about their innovation stories, you will receive all-rounded guidance to create your own social innovation prototype. The programme aims to stimulate participants' creativity and generate innovative ideas to help solve different social problems and create more possibilities for a sustainable future.
Programme Content
- Speak with leaders from different sectors to grasp future development trends
- Intensive training on design thinking, pitching, project management and other practical skills
- Visits to the community to discover stories of social innovation in Hong Kong
- Test prototypes of social innovation programmes with potential service users
Rewards and Awards
- Up to HK$1,000 cash prize for achieving the target training attendance rate
- Grand Prize in each category: HK$20,000 cash prize
- Audience Favourite Award in each category: HK$5,000 cash prize
- Winning teams in the final round will have the opportunity to have a workplace experience at Hang Seng Bank.
