Derivatives Market Idea Competition
Injective Protocol is calling for applications for its Derivatives Market Idea Competition.
Injective Protocol is the first front-running resistant, layer-2 exchange protocol that unlocks the full potential of borderless finance by supporting margin trading, derivatives, and futures. With an aim to solve critical scalability and user experience bottlenecks that trouble decentralized exchanges, it has raised $2.6 million dollars in a seed funding round led by Pantera Capital with participation from world renowned institutional investors.
In preparation to unveil its testnet futures protocol, Injective Protocol is inviting student participants to submit proposals for an innovative market idea that could be introduced in the future to the DeFi space.
Competition Details
Mission: To help the DeFi community progress and adopt creative, decentralized derivatives products
Purpose: To generate interest among the broader population and industry leaders in new, disruptive, and advanced market ideas. The outcomes of the competition would also serve as a framework for the demand of the different creative markets on other platforms.
Eligibility: 18 years old or above with sound knowledge of basic economics, financial markets, blockchain, and the current business trends in decentralized finance
Competition Format: Submission of maximum 3-page proposal (with Times New Roman font in font size 12 in PDF format). Proposals will be reviewed and critiqued by notable blockchain and cryptocurrency professionals as well as expert market makers.
Judging Criteria: Financial & technical robustness and thoroughness (40%), Analysis quality (35%) and Creativity (25%)
Awards: Up to USD$5,000 cash prize. The best proposals will be selected and potentially be turned into reality on the Injective Protocol exchange.
