Cathay Hackathon 2024 is now open for applications.
The hackathon aims to provides an opportunity for students from diverse backgrounds to discover the latest technologies and gain hands-on experience in the travel industry, premium travel & lifestyle, and cargo services to low-cost carriers. Participants will also have the chance to explore career opportunities in the aviation and tech industries and connect with industry professionals.
Top teams will have the opportunity to win round-trip flight tickets, Asia Miles, and a fast-track to the Digital & IT Graduate Trainee and Summer Internship programmes at Cathay.
Interested student should apply online as a team of 3-5 members or on individual basis via https://hackathon.cathaypacific.com/by September 23, 2024 (Monday).

What to expect from the Cathay Hackathon
Before the Hackathon, you will have the chance to participate in a series of enriching activities and workshops called “Master Classes” to deep dive into the behind-the-scenes of Cathay’s operations, boost your technical skills, and grow your professional network.
Event Dates:
Initial Submission: 26 October
Development Day: 6 - 7 November
First Pitch: 9 - 10 November
Final Pitch: 16 November
