BNP Paribas Sustainable Finance Hackathon Hong Kong 2026 is now calling for applications.
This hackathon offers participants the opportunity to work on real issues faced by BNP Paribas and its client, with the guidance of BNP Paribas professionals, and in partnership with the Tara Ocean Foundation.
To apply, interested students should form a team of 4-6 members and complete the following:
1. Register and attend the kick-off webinar:
Date: January 30, 2026 (Friday)
Time: 5:00pm – 6:00pm (HKT)

2. Submit team registration:

Welcome back from the winter break! If you’re looking for a dynamic way to kick off 2026 and make a real impact, we invite you to BNP Paribas Sustainable Finance Hackathon Hong Kong 2026.
About the Hackathon
BNP Paribas, a global leader in sustainable finance, is hosting the second edition of this challenge in Hong Kong. The event is open to penultimate year undergraduates and postgraduate students from any academic programme at:
● The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK)
● The City University of Hong Kong (CityU)
● The University of Hong Kong (HKU)
● The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST)
You will work with BNP Paribas advisors to develop a solution for a current sustainable finance issue facing banks and the wider financial services industry. Learn more about the challenge here.
