Thammasat Undergraduate Business Challenge 2017 (Oct 10 - 15, 2017)

Thammasat Undergraduate Business Challenge (TUBC) 2017, as organized by Thammasat BBA International Programme, will be held in Bangkok, Thailand from Oct 10 - 15, 2017.

Since its inception in 1998, TUBC has welcomed many universities and business schools with international programmes from all over the world, including the Asian-Pacific, European, Australian, North and South American regions. The five-day-event is designed to bring together future business leaders and to encourage interactions among students from various backgrounds and cultures over the course of the competition.

Four students from each university represented will have the opportunity to analyse, identify problems, develop alternative strategies, and present their results of a business case to a panel of experienced business executives from leading corporations. Every student who participates will develop and grow from the truly unique academic, as well as non-academic activities, planned for this event.

Sponsorship from Faculty
Cost of flight tickets and accommodation will be sponsored by the Faculty. For other expenses such as visa application fees (if any), local transportation, meals and entertainment activities which are not included in the official schedule of the competition, students need to bear the costs themselves.

Eligibility

FBE UG non-final year students of 2016-17 who will NOT be on exchange in Semester 1 of 2017 - 18
Good command of English

Remarks:
Please bear in mind that participating in this case competition entails a significant commitment of time. Students will have to attend training sessions as arranged by the Faculty Advisor. Moreover, since this competition is held during regular semester period, participating students will need to apply for Leave of Absence. Please only apply if you are willing and able to make this commitment.
