SCG Bangkok Business Challenge @ Sasin 2020
Sasin School of Management is inviting applications from all FBE UG students for its SCG Bangkok Business Challenge @ Sasin 2020 now.
As the Asia’s longest running global student startup competition, it aims to provide an international platform for students from around the globe to compete, learn from each other and foster stronger network, as well as to create commercial value for R&D efforts, especially those originating from university research centers.
Competition Details
Date: February 20 - 22, 2020 (Thursday – Saturday)
Venue: Sasin School of Management, Thailand
Target Participants: Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students from all disciplines from around the world
Team Requirement: 2 - 5 members
Competition Format: Submission of a Pitch Deck and an optional team’s video pitch. Based on the submitted Pitch Decks and Video Pitches, 19 Semi-Finalists and 6 Thailand Track teams will then be selected to participate in the next stage of the competition in Bangkok, Thailand.

Application Method
Interested students please form into teams of 2 – 5 participants and submit the online application together with your finalized pitch deck (PDF format of no more than 10 slides) HERE by 23:59 p.m. (Bangkok Time), December 5, 2019 (Thursday). Details required include team information, team advisor’s details, each member’s name, gender, name of university and faculty, email address and contact number.

Disclaimer:
1) Please note that student participants of this competition will be responsible for their own safety while outside Hong Kong (for teams who proceed to the Semi-Final Round in Bangkok). Students must pay for all expenses related to the trip and arrange for their own insurance which covers the whole period of stay in Bangkok. Our Faculty will not be responsible for any expenses incurred in this competition.
