MonsoonSIM Enterprise Resource Management Competition (MERMC) 2023 is calling for applications.
About the Competition
MERMC is an annual competition organised by Creative Talent Asia Ltd. (Cretasia). The theme for this year is “how to run my own business – my life”. Students in teams of 4 - 5 students will be asked to run virtual companies collaboratively (with different departments like Finance, Retailing, B2B, Marketing, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Human Resource, Logistics, R&D, etc.) to compete against one another for the highest business KPI targets. Winning teams of MERMC (HK Round) 2023 will be considered to represent Hong Kong to participate in the MERMC (International Round) to compete with teams from overseas countries.
Competition Schedule
Experience Sessions, Training & Internal Qualifying Contests | Mid of March – End of April 2023 |
Additional Practice Session | June 1 – 16, 2023 |
MERMC (HK Round) Grand Final | June 17, 2023 |

Disclaimer:
1) Please note that student participants of this Competition will be responsible for their own safety while outside Hong Kong (provided thatwinning teams of MERMC (HK Round) 2022 will be considered to represent Hong Kong to participate in the MERMC (International Round)) and should arrange sufficient insurance coverage for the overseas trip. Students shall bear the consequences of their decisions for the overseas trip.
2) Students must pay all expenses related to the trip. Our School will not be responsible for any expenses incurred in this competition plus the overseas trip.
3) The data collected through the online application is solely administered by the organizer. The School shall not be held liable in the case that disputes, loss or any other situations arise.
