About L’Oréal Brandstorm
L’Oréal Brandstorm is an international innovation competition organized by L’Oréal (http://www.loreal.com/). The aim of the competition is to offer students a pedagogical and professional experience and the opportunity to innovate within the beauty industry. This project is part of the L'Oreal international human resources communication strategy which aims to enhance students' entrepreneurial skills, creativity skills, and perception of the L’Oréal business.
Stages of the Competition
The competition consists of 4 stages:
Stage 1: Online registration
Stage 2: National Pre-Selection(submission of pitch)
Stage 3: National Selection(presentation)
Stage 4: World Finals in Paris on May 16 & 17, 2018(flight tickets and accommodation will be subsidized by L’Oréal)

- Brand Award: 10,000€
- Tech Award: 10,000€
- CSR Award: 10,000€
Participants will also be recruited for internship positions within the L'Oreal Group.

Interested students please form into teams of 3 members from the same Faculty and complete the following two steps:

Disclaimer:
(1) In case if any teams enter the World Finals to be held in Paris on May 16 & 17, 2018, they need to be responsible for their own safety while outside Hong Kong, bear all additional expenses related to the trip (including visa application, if necessary) as well as arrange and pay for their own insurance which covers the whole period of stay in Paris. Our Faculty will not be responsible for any expenses incurred in the trip.
(2) Since the World Finals trip to Paris takes place in May 2018, there might be a possibility that it has time clash with final examinations. If this is the case, please seek consent from the course instructors to see if supplementary examinations can be arranged. Students need to take full responsibility while dealing with the examination arrangements and the Faculty shall not be held liable for any consequences arise.
(3) The data collected through the online registration is solely administered by the organizer. The Faculty shall not be held liable in the case that disputes, loss or any other situations arise
