International Blockchain Olympiad 2021

International Blockchain Olympiad 2021 is an annual global competition inviting current and recent students to propose solutions for real-world problems with blockchain technology. The competition aims to support sustainability and maturity in blockchain by working with academic, industry and government partners.

Participating teams, consist of 1 – 6 member(s), are required to submit a whitepaper like an academic conference with proposed used cases in the industry of your choice and implementations of capstone projects. Shortlisted finalists are required to create a poster board and make a 10-minute pitch presentation.

Interested students should form a team with up to 6 members and submit the registration form HERE by April 19, 2021 (Monday).

The whitepaper (with 10-page limit (excluding references and appendices) and named in the format of “HKBCOL2021_CompetitorID_Whitepaper” in pdf file) should be submitted to hk@ibcol.org by April 23, 2021 (Friday) with the subject “HKBCOL2021_CompetitorID_Submission”.
