Financial Data Discovery Competition 2018
FBE UG students are cordially invited to participate in the Financial Data Discovery Competition (“FDDC”) 2018.
About the Competition
In the Era of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (“A.I.”), about 250 million bytes of finance-related data are generated every 24 hours, and such scale of data exceeds the human processing capacity. The financial industry is seeking for technical help from Big Data and A.I. to improve productivity and make investment more intelligent and efficient.
FDDC2018 is the world’s first investment-oriented tech competition. The organizer will provide participants with financial data, construct real-world business scenarios, and offer guidance from world-class investment and A.I. experts. FDDC establishes a platform for global financial and technical elites to solve the real world investment problems together.

Topic 1: Revenue Forecast of Public Companies

Eligibility
University students from all backgrounds are welcome to register either individually or as a team of up to 5 members.
Awards
Total cash prize: RMB 840,000 (RMB 420,000 for each topic)
